The Rise PT App provides convenient access to your personalized Home Exercise Program on your mobile device. The platform offers high-definition instructional videos to guide you through each exercise with clarity and precision.

The 'Messages' feature facilitates secure communication between you and your Rise PT provider, enabling seamless updates and support. As you progress through your exercises, the app recognizes your achievements by awarding virtual trophies and medals, which can be reviewed in the 'Awards' section.

For additional language options, navigate to the 'More' tab and select 'Languages' to customize your experience. If scheduling or adjusting appointments is necessary, the 'Appointments' tab provides relevant options. Remember to mark each exercise as 'Complete' after completion to help your provider monitor your progress accurately.

Access is restricted to registered Rise PT patients. Additionally, the app integrates with the iPhone's Health app to monitor daily step counts, allowing your provider to track your overall activity levels.
